Joe has over 25 years of experience in computer service and IT support. He began his career with a soldering iron and the philosophy that he could troubleshoot any computer. Joe has worked as a hands-on Helpdesk Manager, Global Support Engineer, Senior Network Engineer, IT Project Manager, and Software Technical Support for some of the Northern California’s best technology and business leaders: Lawrence National Berkeley Lab, Bank of America, Brio Technologies, Airtouch Communications, Teletype, Cal Poly SLO Foundation, Xtree Company, as well as several start-ups and small computer resellers.

Having worked on just about every computer ever made in the past 40 years, IT Service is a business he knows well.

Joe loves computers and helping people keep them up and running. Joe has A.S. degrees in Digital Electronics, Electronics communications, and a B.S. in Business Administration.
